You Call Me Her

The assymetrical skirt. The fish tail. The senget. And today one of my girlfriends called it the 'Mullet'.
Ever since this skirt became one of the 'it' things to own, it also became one of the funniest things to hear people talk about.

One of my colleagues in the office wore a beautiful teal one with a cropped t-shirt. I thought she looked pretty cool, then another colleague commented that she heard a beauty pageant-type entrance music go off in her head.. "It's like when Mandy walked pass, I wanted to say.."Prrresennting...Miss..Sweden" Don't know why she said 'Sweden'. Mandy isn't Swedish?

Do you loath it? Or do you like it?

Well I happen to absolutely LOVE it.

Another Skin

I come across articles that say that one of the must-have items in a woman's wardrobe is the leather jacket. I don't disagree. It's a staple piece. I don't necessarily wear them all the time, but it's a keeper and I keep finding myself wanting another.
The one and only thing that stops me though, is that I live in a country that is hot and humid all year round, so it sits in my cupboard more often that not. I'd wear it for sure, but the other for-sure thing that I know is that I'd be thought of as crazy.
